Job description

Relevant player in the fashion segment, publicly traded, seeks a National Franchise Manager to operate in one of the group’s brands that is growing exponentially.

You will have as main challenge to guarantee the results of the Brazilian level operation, with a strong bias for the analysis of the franchisees’ performance and direction of strategies.

Main responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the commercial and strategic management of the brand throughout the national territory, as well as for the increase in market share;
  • Develop a solid relationship base and interface with franchisees, with the objective of supporting business management and ensuring the best performance;
  • Guidance on the analysis of indicators and results, commercial actions and decision making;
  • Ensure that compliance with the standards and processes defined by the franchisor are being applied by the field team and the franchisee;
  • Management of regional teams that operate from the start of the operation to execution at the point of sale;
  • Management of franchise sales performance and financial health indicators.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in commercial management of large franchise operations;
  • Background in reference fashion companies in the market;
  • Management of indicators and business vision.
