As a New Business Development Director you’ll be responsible to manage the sales, marketing, product and innovation teams identifying and creating new markets, products, serices and lead the company commercial expansion.
Main responsabilities of the function:
- Identify and develop new clients, business unities and distribution channels overseas;
- Evaluate new markets and product lines for growth opportunities;
- Identify key competitors landscape and develop business strategic plan to board members;
- Deliver annual financial target performance expectations;
- Create a solid leadership pipeline in the commercial area;
- Communicate with stakeholders to secure buy-in.
We look for an experienced Commercial/Business Senior Executive from the industrial or consumer goods sector with a solid business development and innovation track record willing to lead an agressive growth cycle.
