We are looking for an experienced leader for the Quality Management team, to implement a culture of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization.
Our client is a multinational industry willing to expand it’s operations in Brazil. You’ll be responsible to provide total Quality leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing cells.
Responsible for creation of a continuous improvement culture across different product lines and supporting departments;
- Build mutually beneficial relationships for continual improvement with key stakeholders;
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards;
- Ensure the organization meets all customer quality requirements with respect of corporate and local legal safety and environmental regulations;
- Preparation and supporting the successful Product PPAP submission, approval before product launch;
- Ensuring effective and efficient Quality Control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products;
- Interact with Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Production, Distribution, Technical, R&D, and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction and respond to quality concerns;
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action;
- Maintain compliance with all safety rules/regulations to ensure a safe working environment;
- Handle customer visits, audits and quality complaints;
- Ensure appropriate quality training programs are in place.
- Experience with quality management in an manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge in different quality tools and methodologies;
- Excelllent people management skills;
- Customer facing experience;
- Analytical thinking;
- Fluency in English.
