We are looking for an experienced leader for the Quality Management team, to implement a culture of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization.

Our client is a multinational industry willing to expand it’s operations in Brazil. You’ll be responsible to provide total Quality leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing cells.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for creation of a continuous improvement culture across different product lines and supporting departments;
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships for continual improvement with key stakeholders;
  • Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards;
  • Ensure the organization meets all customer quality requirements with respect of corporate and local legal safety and environmental regulations;
  • Preparation and supporting the successful Product PPAP submission, approval before product launch;
  • Ensuring effective and efficient Quality Control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products;
  • Interact with Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Production, Distribution, Technical, R&D, and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction and respond to quality concerns;
  • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action;
  • Maintain compliance with all safety rules/regulations to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Handle customer visits, audits and quality complaints;
  • Ensure appropriate quality training programs are in place.

Requirements:

  • Experience with quality management in an manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge in different quality tools and methodologies;
  • Excelllent people management skills;
  • Customer facing experience;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Fluency in English.
