We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with entrepreneur drive to lead the team towards pipeline goals, motivate and develop team members. Our client is a multinational technology company willing to expand it’s operations in Brazil.
You’ll lead strategy and execution for the Inbound and outbound opportunity generation teams, and work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments.
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operational excellence
- Manage CRM pipeline heath/shape and data accuracy;
- Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of sales development representatives;
- Develop and coach representatives in their careers towards future account executive roles;
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customer;
- Collaborate with marketing to drive new business through demand generation and more go-to-market ideas;
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets;
- Explore different go-to-market models;
- Continually build pipeline of new business and upsell opportunities.
